Frank has been in the insurance industry for 14 years across various roles, and spent the last five and a half years in Underwriting Commercial ISR, Engineering, SME business and Strata risks for both Zurich and Allianz backed SCI.

He has completed his Bachelor of Business, majoring in Insurance and Finance, as well as a Diploma of General Insurance which has allowed him to achieve his career long goal of ANZIIF Fellowship CIP status.

In Frank’s spare time he enjoys moments with his young family, spending time with friends, playing with cars and days at the beach.

Pierre has been a member of the HCi Underwriting Team since March 2019.

He first stepped into the insurance industry in 2008, with his last role as a SME Packages Underwriter for Zurich Financial Services Australia.

Pierre’s hobbies and interests include spending time with family and friends, working out, cars, tennis, sight-seeing, music and much more.

Mike arrived at HCi with a background in SME Underwriting with Zurich Financial Services Australia.

Mike is passionate about the outdoors, and most weekends you will find him somewhere out in Sydney Harbour fishing. In his spare time he plays guitar and bass in a rock band with some friends from high school.

Steven joined HCi’s Underwriting team in March 2019. He has been in the general insurance industry for 2 years, with his last role in Zurich Financial Services Australia as SME Underwriter.

In Steven’s spare time he loves the time spent with his family and friends. He also likes to play soccer and he is a fan of Formula 1.

Shane has been in the insurance industry since 2011. 

Outside of work he currently plays soccer and golf, and is a die-hard Liverpool and Broncos supporter. He also likes travelling to different parts of the world; but more importantly, he lives to eat and loves all types of food.

Shane also recently volunteered for an organisation called “RAISE”, in mentoring high school students.

Eva has 25 years of experience in the industry.  She started out by accident in a small brokerage in Pyrmont and then moved to CGU where she worked in a number of ISR and SME underwriting roles. Following CGU, Eva moved to Steadfast Underwriting Agencies in 2013, where she worked for Hostsure as the Property Underwriting and then in 2018 moved to Miramar where she helped look after a mixture of Business Pack and ISR Schemes, including some of the more hard to place risks.

Eva is a mum of 2 and loves outdoor adventures with her family, including 4WD adventures, road trips and generally she just loves everything about cars. If she can't get outdoors, she is passionate about cooking and is constantly trying out new recipes

Yun recently joined HCi as an SME Underwriter in June 2019. Yun’s adventure in insurance started with Zurich in 2016 as a packages underwriter, he then moved to a Fin-Line underwriting role with Pro-risk.

Yun’s all-time passion is soccer. He also enjoys kickboxing training and helping his wife in the garden.

Emily has been a member of the HCi Underwriting Team since December 2019. She first stepped into the insurance industry in 2014, with her last role as an ISR Property Underwriter for Chubb.

Emily’s interests outside of Insurance are food and travel. Before joining the HCi team Emily spent several months sailing throughout the Caribbean. She lived on a on a little island called Carriacou in Granada where she spent quality time with the locals swimming, sailing and enjoying the sunshine. Emily’s favourite cities to visit are New Orleans and Florence, mainly because of the delicious food options.

Nathan has has been in the insurance industry since 2015. Starting with general insurance at IAG, and then moving to commercial insurance at Arch from 2018 underwriting in property. From there Nathan Joined HCI in March 2020.

Nathan likes to spend his free time, socialising with friends and family, and from time to time exercising his vocal chords events and eSports competitions as a presenter or commentator.
