Hollard Commercial Insurance policyholders affected by claim events are encouraged to contact their broker or call us on 1300 306 226.
You can also lodge your claim online.
Policyholders should start itemising their contents and take photos of the damage sustained where possible.
If we are unable to answer your call please leave a message with your contact details and policy number, and we will return your call as soon as possible.

O'Brien Glass will provide a quick and straightforward response to repairing all types of broken glass.
Personal Details
Policyholders are advised not to give out personal details especially banking details unless speaking to a Hollard Commercial representative. If they are in doubt they should request a call back from one of our claims staff.
