Terms of Trade

Hollard Commercial Insurance's Terms of Trade apply from 1 February 2019 for our insurance policies.

Any AFS Licensed insurance broker dealing with Hollard Commercial Insurance will be bound by these Terms of Trade, which may be varied from time to time. Any variations to the Terms of Trade will be notified via email – subscribe to receive emails.

Please note all individual underwriting authorities issued by Hollard continue to operate alongside the Terms and Conditions of Trade. The Terms of Trade do not replace any agency or distribution agreement that provides a binder authority.
