Once the completed and signed Broker Application Form has been received, your dedicated DM will be in touch to get you underway and provide you with a copy of our Terms and Conditions of Trade and guide you through our quoting systems Insurelink and Steadfast Virtual Underwriter (SVU).
Insurelink is our Sunrise quote and bind portal for HCi Business Insurance.
To access Insurelink:
Contact EBIX on 1800 331 018 to arrange a Sunrise Intermediary ID for your brokerage if you don’t already have one. EBIX will then email you instructions on how to configure your broker management system to allow access to HCi Business Insurance. Provide your Development Manager with your Intermediary ID and they will help you get set-up on Insurelink and provide any training you need. Find out more information on Insurelink.
Steadfast intermediaries can access HCi SCTP Business Insurance quotes and cover through the SVU Platform.
